Looking for writers for article writing. Tech/Internet/SEO/Online Earning etc

I operate few websites and am looking for writers.

My requirements are simple

1. Preferably Indian. Other nationalities are welcome as long as you can accept paypal.
2. Very good writing skills in english.
3. Can write interesting and well researched articles.
4. Can think of new topics to write (some of the time)
5. Maintains deadline
6. Reachable by email.

I want articles of 400 to 600 words.
I am paying Rs. 150.00 per article or / $3

I will provide the topics (for now).

3. Online earning
4. Humorous
5. Internet

Online Freelance Writing- A Good Source of Income

You can test whether you have the flair for writing by submitting an article
of your choice on any of the popular article directories, if your article is
accepted by the article directory, then it means that you have the flair for
writing and can start with online freelance writing. Online writing is a
very prominent profession these days, as scores of websites come up each day
and each one of these websites needs content. The website owners maybe good
businessmen with innovative ideas, but they do not have the capability to
put their thoughts into words.

Here is where the role of a content writer comes into the picture. A content
writer puts the thoughts of a businessman into paper. If the content writer
does his or her work well, the website will do good business and vice-versa,
