How do you sign your business emails?

I normally end the email communication with "Regards," followed by my name. While writing to government officials, I stick to "Sincerely".

@ coolbloo - I am more confused after reading all the responses to this thread. I know there are no hard and fast rules of signing business emails. A few guidelines would surely help.
