About the Trainer – Padmaja Narsipur
Padmaja is an experienced technical writer and founder of Software Support Services company ‘Scrivvle’ that focuses on technical writing and research/analysis on technology-related themes.
She returned to India after spending a decade in the United States, where she worked for several years for Intel Corporation in Santa Clara, California.
During her stint with this technology giant, she worked initially as a Rotation Engineer, and later as an Internet Consultant and a Senior Systems Analyst, interacting with software developers, managers and QA personnel across the globe. She worked on several internal and external software development and web development projects as a designer, developer, project lead and analyst. During the course of her work, she authored scores of technical documents, made presentations to senior management, interacted with clients and vendors, and managed geographically diverse teams. Upon her return, she joined Chillibreeze’s team of writers, editors and coordinators, and has worked on several projects for them, authoring technical and business documents, including white papers, product and process description documents, technology review documents, user manuals, online help systems etc for clients from the US, Europe and India.
Padmaja secured an MS in Computer Science from New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM (in the US). Her Master’s thesis focused on User-centered design. Prior to this, she got an MS in Physics from Bangalore University, with a focus on Microprocessor Architecture.
