Despite your busy schedule, you can still benefit from short sweat sessions and a nutritious diet. Health means different things to different people to reach at all one needs a daily fitness routine and a nourishing diet.

It wasn’t the easiest list to compile. We have a happy mix of women from all walks of life fighting body effluence and striving in staying healthy in an unhealthy world. So much for your body being a temple, lately it’s become a dumping ground for toxic wastes .Discover simple food that boost the immune system and shield your body from ailment.

To begin this journey shape up an effective action plan- Ensure that your diet contains a minimum of five servings of fruits and vegetables in a variety of colors. They are most nutritious when served raw. The best cooking method is steaming with very little water. Their nutrients are often concentrated just below the skin-avoid peeling whenever possible. Eat pure and drink gallons of water – avoid canned or bottled food, condense sauces by reducing, not by addition of thickening agents like flour or cornstarch. Power your intake by dropping refined sugar and fatty food. You know it all! The question is to pause and ask yourself ‘I know and I’ve read about it, but do I actively and consciously eat right? Do I reach for the chocolate bar or a Carrot?’ Re – solution… Zap! Once you’ve plugged in, the energy just flows.

Every body aspires to look and feel good and why not? Make the treadmill your best friend. Running, brisk walking, skipping, aerobics, power yoga are other alternatives. Twenty minutes daily will do. Freshen up then with a refreshing shower with your favorite shower gel choose from either cool or lukewarm water. Take the day through with smile and you’ll have the energy I bet. While you retire follow a cleaning regime for that glowing exterior, choose from the natural products that best suits your skin. Cleaning, mild exfoliating, toning and moisturizing are a do. An appropriate face pack once a week is excellent for your skins wellbeing.
