The alarm goes off and it is time to wake up, early in the morning. Getting out of bed seems like the hardest thing you have to do. This article is all about getting up early morning.
The first step towards a healthy lifestyle is to wake up early in the morning. This habit is quite difficult for some of us. However here are some tips to help you rise up early in the morning. Firstly you should try to go to bed early, use multiple alarm clocks but keep them out of your reach. Try and avoid alcohol, caffeine, chocolate and tobacco as these upset the acids in your stomach and prevent you from having a sound sleep. Avoid eating or drinking too much before bed. See to it that you are not too hot or cold when you go to sleep, and lastly try and create a morning ritual, which you have to do everyday at the same time. A solid reason and a firm promise should do the final trick.
Now that you are up and awake experience the benefits of an early morning start to your day. Enjoy the quietude around you, with no kids yelling, no television noise and no soccer balls in the neighborhood. You get a head start and can arrange your chores for the day, doing it methodically and not rushing through them. Then again you have enough time for breakfast, the most important meal of the day. So imagine enjoying your cup of coffee in the stillness of the early morning, every sip is heavenly. Exercising is a healthy habit and at this hour you can do it regularly with no interference. Most importantly, if you get up early you can go to your office early, avoid the rush hour traffic and spend less time commuting. Your whole day begins on a lovely note and seems as productive, as you find you have considerable time in your hand to squeeze in all your daily rituals. So there, an early morning riser gets more work done within twenty four hours, is fitter and thinner due to the regular exercise and is hence a more happy person due to his increased productivity.

I haven’t been an early morning riser except on ski days. But now I’m starting to see benefits of getting up early for non-ski days as well.
