In today’s competitive world, there exists a visible line that demarcates failures from success. A team that works towards constant improvement and consistent efficiency clearly emerges as a winner. People in general fall short of daring to change, they must be willing to take risks and implement creativity as a root cause for all approaches. It not only stems up the confidence ratio, but as well as the ability to learn and enrich one and the team as a whole with newer experiences. It s like giving birth to new thoughts and ideas, and providing nourishment for it growth.
Technically defined, Management is an art of getting into action to accomplish a mission or a goal by a collective set of people related in common. In the present day modern conditions, to keep abreast of the day-to-day activities, one needs to be proactive in every sense. Management as a term derived from the Italian connection called maneggiare refers “to handle “ and aptly applies to handling people, money, material and machines.
To any given organization, there exists a certain basic criteria, based on which the progress is monitored. Management in modern context is all about implementing Change, Marketing, and Innovation and that is where Zen acts as an investment tool for working out the right strategy.
Zen is all about the realization of self, and being detached from the universal chaos, trying to strike a balance between the outer sphere and the inner voice. It’s a state of mind that gives insight to learn and unlearn, thereby in the process unleashing the flow of creativity in the way our minds think. It is the acceptance of our state with no strings attached and to live for the moment.
According to Zen, Concentration and Meditation are the key tools for any successful Manager that enables them to guide the team.
A fine line is drawn between Zen and management, where the former plays a vital role by acting as a catalyst for adaptative capacity, to engage others through a shared lateral thinking, a distinctive inner voice, and determined integrity. By adapting to the Zen way of dealing in management, one overcomes obstacles by learning to identify the potential zones for optimum growth and to translate them into defining moments. Zen approaches in embracing and developing openness to seek new information and adapt to innovative ways for thinking. KUFU-ZAZEN (Single minded Meditation) acts as one of the key principles which enables us to stay focused on what we want and institutionalize transparency. When the organization’s values are clear and the target to achieve is set, the intermediate process of decision making by the management tends to be much simpler and faster. Tolerance plays a pivotal role in today’s work place and thereby cultivating to adhere to one another, creates a sense of oneness which steers the atmosphere for any growth in a sector. It helps to break barriers and see through an aerial perspective, breaking all norms and rules that otherwise would have hindered the processes. It might sound like an offbeat path, which many have not dared to tread so far.
Being mindful gives way for a better and determined route and helps one to enjoy the very essence of the work being done with devotion, such that the state of mind is calm and is always on the lookout for loopholes to increase the space for improvement. The changes might go unnoticed until a certain point, till the vision is being shared by all and is accepted enough to replace old die-hard traditions.
“To envision others to realize this self awareness and to act as a team, one has to initiate change and be relentless to strive for improvement.”
Applying these ideals, any management on the look-out- for a revamp would be able to
“Create the need for a change and pull together a guiding team, the one having Vision and Innovation with the credibility to move on without anticipating for extinguishable results but striving to achieve a future different from the past”.

Amateurish in tone and style. The final message is not clear . The zen principles are not laid out clearly.
