Today I would like to talk about where and how we find inspiration for our writing. To develop our writing capacities an inner inspiration is of great importance. I find that the best time of the day to write is in the morning. The brain is still uncluttered and thoughts and ideas flow quite easily.
Another suggestion that works well is to write after meditating for 10 – 15 minutes. Meditation helps to quieten an overactive mind and writing with a tranquil mind definitely provides good results. I’ve tried this myself and have found that meditation makes my mind clearer and thoughts tend to flow freely. What are the methods that work best for you? Please post a comment below this article and share your thoughts on where and how you find your inspiration to write?
